Request permanent deletion of your account and all associated personal data.

What will be permanently deleted

When we process your deletion request, the following data will be permanently and irreversibly removed from our systems:

Your profile information (name, email address, phone number)
Your order and transaction history
Your delivery addresses and preferences
Any other personal data linked to your account

This action is irreversible

Once your account is deleted, all your data will be permanently erased and cannot be recovered. If you later wish to use DeleevX again, you will need to create a new account.

Before deletion, please make sure:

You have no active orders (pending, in progress, or being delivered)
You have no active deliveries in progress (for delivery drivers)
Your wallet balance is ≤ 1,000 XAF (withdraw funds first)

I understand that this action is irreversible and that all my data will be permanently deleted after the 30-day retention period.

Your account will be disabled immediately. Permanent deletion occurs after 30 days.
