This Privacy Policy applies to customers, riders/drivers, merchants/vendors, business partners, website visitors, applicants, and users of any DeleevX digital platform or services. It applies whether you access DeleevX through mobile applications, websites, APIs, customer support channels, social media interactions, or third-party integrations.

3.1 Personal Information. We may collect personal information including customer information, rider/driver information, and merchant/vendor information necessary to provide our services.

3.2 Technical Information. We may automatically collect IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, app version, mobile network information, cookies, app crash reports, analytics information, browsing activity, and usage logs.

3.3 Geolocation Information. When you use our services, we may collect precise or approximate location data from your device, including GPS signals, Wi-Fi access points, Bluetooth, mobile towers, and device location permissions. This helps us match riders with orders, optimize deliveries, provide real-time tracking, improve operational efficiency, enhance safety, and prevent fraud.

Security & Fraud Prevention: detect suspicious activity, verify identity, prevent unauthorized access, investigate fraud, and maintain platform integrity.

6. Location Tracking & Background Data

DeleevX may collect real-time location information before, during, and after deliveries. For riders/drivers, background location access may continue while the app is running in the background to provide accurate delivery tracking, improve dispatching, enhance rider safety, prevent delivery fraud, and support operational monitoring.

You may disable location permissions through your device settings, but some features may no longer function properly.

7. Payments & Financial Information

DeleevX may support payment methods including Mobile Money, MTN MoMo, Orange Money, debit/credit cards, bank transfers, and third-party payment gateways.

We do not store complete payment card details on our servers unless expressly stated. Payment providers may independently collect and process information according to their own privacy policies.

We may use payment and transaction information to process transactions, prevent fraud, verify payments, manage refunds, and comply with financial regulations.
