1. Introduction
Welcome to DeleevX. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the DeleevX platform, website, mobile applications, logistics services, delivery services, and related digital services operated by DeleevX (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing, browsing, registering, or using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
2. Legal Status of the Platform
DeleevX operates as a digital logistics and delivery platform connecting the following parties:
- Customers
- Merchants
- Independent delivery partners
- Businesses
- Third-party service providers
Depending on the transaction, DeleevX may act as a logistics intermediary, a marketplace facilitator, a delivery coordinator, or a direct service provider. DeleevX does not manufacture products sold by third-party merchants and does not guarantee the quality, legality, or availability of third-party goods or services unless expressly stated.
3. Eligibility
To use the Platform, you must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity under applicable law, provide accurate registration information, and use the Platform only for lawful purposes. Businesses using DeleevX represent that they are legally registered and authorized to conduct business in their jurisdiction.

4. Account Registration and Security
Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials, restricting unauthorized access to their accounts, and all activities occurring under their account. DeleevX may suspend or terminate accounts suspected of:
- Fraud
- Identity theft
- Cybercrime
- Abuse of the Platform
- Violation of these Terms
Users must immediately notify DeleevX of any unauthorized access or security breach.
5. Electronic Transactions and Digital Consent
In accordance with Cameroon Law No. 2010/021 governing electronic commerce and OHADA electronic commercial regulations, users acknowledge the following:
- Electronic contracts are legally binding.
- Electronic signatures and digital acceptance constitute valid consent.
- Communications sent electronically may serve as legal evidence.
- Orders, confirmations, invoices, and receipts generated electronically are enforceable.
By clicking “Accept,” “Order,” “Confirm,” or similar buttons, users legally agree to the transaction.

DeleevX may provide the following services:
- Food delivery
- Parcel delivery
- Business logistics
- Fleet management
- Marketplace services
- On-demand transportation
- Dispatch coordination
- Maintenance and operational software tools
- Payment facilitation
Services may vary by country, city, or region. DeleevX reserves the right to modify or discontinue services without prior notice.
7. Orders and Deliveries
Users agree that:
- Delivery times are estimates only
- External factors may affect delivery performance
- Incorrect addresses may cause delays or cancellation
- Some deliveries may require identity verification
Risk of loss or damage may transfer upon successful delivery confirmation.
For safety and compliance purposes, DeleevX may refuse transportation of illegal goods, hazardous materials, weapons, counterfeit products, restricted pharmaceuticals, or prohibited items under applicable law.
8. Merchant Responsibilities
Merchants using DeleevX must:
- Provide accurate product descriptions
- Respect pricing transparency obligations
- Comply with consumer protection laws
- Ensure products are lawful and safe
- Honor warranties and refund obligations where applicable
Merchants remain solely responsible for product quality, product legality, tax compliance, regulatory approvals, and consumer claims relating to goods sold.
9. Delivery Partner Terms
Delivery partners are independent contractors unless otherwise specified by local law. They are responsible for:
- Maintaining valid licenses and permits
- Vehicle compliance and insurance
- Safe operation of vehicles
- Respecting local transportation regulations
DeleevX may deactivate delivery partners for:
- Fraudulent activity
- Unsafe conduct
- Customer abuse
- Criminal activity
- Repeated delivery failures
10. Payments and Mobile Money
DeleevX may support:
- Credit/debit cards
- Bank transfers
- Mobile money services
- Digital wallets
- Cash-on-delivery where permitted
Users authorize DeleevX and payment providers to process transactions electronically.
DeleevX may:
- Hold suspicious transactions for verification
- Cancel fraudulent transactions
- Request identity verification documents
Refund timelines may vary depending on financial institutions or mobile money providers.
11. Pricing and Fees
Prices displayed on the Platform may include:
- Delivery charges
- Service fees
- Taxes
- Platform fees
- Surge pricing
- Customs or cross-border fees where applicable
DeleevX reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time.
Pricing errors may result in cancellation or correction of orders.
12. User Conduct
Users shall not:
- Violate laws or regulations
- Upload malicious software
- Commit fraud or scams
- Interfere with platform security
- Harass staff, drivers, or merchants
- Use false identities
- Circumvent platform protections
- Abuse promotional systems
Violations may result in:
- Suspension
- Account termination
- Legal action
- Reporting to authorities
13. Privacy and Data Protection
DeleevX processes personal data in accordance with:
- Applicable Cameroon privacy laws
- Cybersecurity regulations
- International data protection standards where applicable

- Transaction history
Users consent to the collection and processing of personal data necessary for:

DeleevX does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform.

- User misconduct
- Intellectual property infringement
- Regulatory violations
18. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable laws of Cameroon or OHADA member states.

19. Suspension and Termination
DeleevX may suspend or terminate accounts immediately if users:

20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by:
- The laws of the Republic of Cameroon
- Applicable OHADA Uniform Acts
- International commercial principles where relevant
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be resolved amicably.
Where amicable resolution fails, disputes may be submitted to:
- Competent courts in Cameroon
- Arbitration where permitted by applicable law
21. Force Majeure
DeleevX shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control including:
- Natural disasters
- Internet outages
- War
- Civil unrest
- Government restrictions
- Epidemics
- Labor disputes
22. Modifications to the Terms
DeleevX reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms become effective upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
